Changed Your Mind/ Doesn't Fit/ Not What You Expected?

We want you to love what you've bought from us. We offer 10 day returns on all products that are purchased through www.makiri.co.nz.

You can return your order to us within 10 days of receipt, unused, with the goods undamaged and in their original packaging, and we will be happy to offer a full refund of the purchase price, excluding any shipping fees.

Items will be refunded back to the original payment method within 7 working days of us receiving the return.

You will need to return products at your own expense if you change your mind, but we will refund or credit postage if the product is faulty.

To ensure the credit is processed, please return with packing slip, highlighting items to be returned, along with a reason for the return.

Sale items are not returnable, and non refundable.

Faulty Items 

For faulty items we will meet all of our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

This means that it's at our discretion to offer a repair, replace, or refund. Please get in contact with us with a description of the fault, accompanied by a photo. Proof of purchase also required.
